The Taphouse Cellars store safely processes and stores all personal credit card, charge card and direct entry information. It is for this reason that all Taphouse Cellars Online transactions are processed through SecurePay. Their PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Compliance is a strict security standard that card schemes (Visa and MasterCard) have introduced globally to ensure personal information is properly protected. SecurePay holds the highest level of PCI DSS accreditation.


Is it possible to remove a selected item from my Shopping Cart?

You can easily remove any item in your cart. By clicking the shopping bag at the top of the page, you will have the ability to remove any items that you recently added to your cart.

Alternatively, you also have the ability to remove any products that you have added from within the cart.

I have a promotional code how do I activate it?

You can apply any promotion codes or gift vouchers from within the cart. When you have finished shopping, click through to the cart where you will be asked to enter your promo code of gift voucher number below the list of products that you have selected.

Please note, all codes are case sensitive.

How are discounts applied to my purchase?

Any discounts applied to the products you are selecting for purchase will be visible when you checkout. Please be aware that all promotions available on the site cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and are only valid according to the rules of the promotion.

How do I use my $10 welcome credit?

As with other promotional codes and gift vouchers, your welcome credit can be applied in the shopping cart. Once you have completed your shop, click on "View Cart"and enter the code when required*.

*A minimum spend of $100 on Wine, Whisky or Spirits & Premix categories (excluding the Premix Drinks subcategory) is required to redeem your welcome credit. 

How do I redeem 10% off a 6 bottle purchase?

Simply add 6 items to you cart from any of the following categories: Reds, Whites, Whisky, Sparkling, Spirits & Premix (excluding premix drinks), Fortified, Other Drinks. When you go to your cart your discount will be automatically applied to your order for you. Sale items from these categories will not receive further discount, however, they do count towards the 6 bottle total.
